For a luxury experience you need an FDL. Mine comes with a selection of 8 different colors. And it looks like the sports car equivalent of a spaceship. What more do u need?

You can keep your Fat Dopey Lump and it's spud gun... My MkIII can outrun your shots, out turn you, bring your shields down faster than the temperature in Iceland at night and when we do jump away you won't be able to follow as we can jump more than 1 LY :p

EACH AND EVERY ONE of my ships have earned their place in my family. OK, two were free gifts (from FDev; Eagle and Viper MkIV), and they are appreciated. I love the views from the cockpit of The Curious Cricket, my Asp Explorer. The Helping Hand (my Anaconda) has helped me help new Players get a better start in the game (through Trade Dividends and information). My Cobra MkIII (as yet un-named, as she has yet to show me a preference) is fun for smuggling, and has helped me find more profitable trade routes. Both of my Sidewinders (collectively known as The Heavyweight Fleas) are mainly used as taxis, but on occasion, when I have large bounties to cash in elsewhere, I will use one of them, as they are not threatening ships (although they are both A Rated and armed). The Night Viper (Viper MkIV) can land on planets (and has a buggy), but is more for light combat, while the Eagle still has to find a niche.

Please accept my apologies for this, but together we are ONE family. There are plans for it to expand, but we are not sure who will be joining us.

Good choice of film comment though (Repped for it). I have watched Highlander and the proper sequel, H3, and enjoyed both. Bit weird though, in that the Highlander is played by an American/French actor, while the Spaniard from the court of an Egyptian Pharaoh is played by a Scottish actor! (I think I have got my character roles correct).

Yes ,it is true you can boost and pitch very well but you'll need it too. Cobra vs FDL you havent got a chance to win. Your ship is ugly and mine has class. My shields are strong and I can double chaff too. My beams will eat your budget shields. My multicannons will tear your hull. My plasma will chase you down as you run away.

So run little cobra, run away with your badly damaged engines and live to fly another day. Thank the space gods for the kindess of this FDL CMDR and live to entertain this FDL CMDR in some other way.

Well, my dream ship would be a self propelled Dyson Sphere. Then all of my other ships would be her support vessels. Until this happens, my family is happy as it is.

I made it up to King and culminated with the iCutter. The rest my game. I have flown all ships, except for the Corvette and FAS. My favorite ship in ED is the FDL. It is almost my perfect ship, and I hope engineers allows me to make it my perfect ship.

My other favorites are:

cobra mkIII: he was named Little Dude. He was sold because I don't like having many ships. In midnight black, it just feels right!

Clipper: Fun but, no where near as fun as the FDL. I don't own one anymore, but, it is the only other ship I bought paint jobs for!

Cutter and Conda were nice, but, I felt more like Captain Stubing. No longer a pilot, but, a ship captain!!! Aka boring to me. This is like being the Admiral in a Empire destroyer vs. a Captain of the falcon!!!

1) My ship is wayyyy better at dying than your ship. Prove me wrong, I dare you :p

2) Mine is best because it has the most beautiful pilot... Actually I retract that statement, whilst beauty is in the eye of the beholder most people are not blind.. ;)

Well, ive been flying many large ships, and sure, the clipper, fdl, and the conda is fun and all, but it gets kinda boring after awhile, so i decided to try this drug you call "cobra MKII" and now im addicted. Please help me.
