Yep, shameless, I know, but I love this song. It's my life, basically. And it certainly seems to presage my first (100) attempts at landing, never mind driving the SRV. Though, on that latter note, I have seen plenty of video evidence suggesting that a pad is better suited to driving the SRV. Score one to the Xbox boys and girls. Woo!

No offense taken, I have a special place for The Final Countdown too. We played it on the ships 1MC (general announcing system) as we waited to pull into San Diego off of a 10 month deployment. It was a fitting song to have playing!

Now don't get me wrong, i love music, i love instrumental classical, to classic rock, to metal, to 50s and 60s.
But music is music, and games, is games for me, they don't mix. SPECIALLY in Elite Dangerous..
