What about those of us who were destroyed due to bugs such as recalling a ship automatically blowing up and forcing us to spend millions on insurance rebuys?

I had a few ship destructions that I do consider were unfair overall and in the context of what has been going on.

I will be in game later today and will check up on the status of this.

If I don't see any re-reimbursements should I then lodge a support ticket? (Just askin').

Generally: Thanks FD. If I see anyone on these forums saying that FD doesn't listen to the EDH community I would have to say that is incorrect.

We Terminators confide ;) FD have not even provided a SOLUTION by adding a REBUY SHIP within 10mins as Upgrades/MODs allow but instead treat us as BETA still although we have all paid by releasing prematurely.

Thanks FD I appreciate that, Lost a well equipped Anaconda to another NPC Anaconda who I killed taking heavy damage, then seconds later it reappeared same name with 100% hull and finished me off as my shields had not even recharged. S**t Happens, but did think was a little unfair. Anyway thanks again :)

Just logged in after update to see my credit balance increased, thought "hang on hang on".

All has been cleared up on this thread.

Keep at it FD and again thank you, its your quick reaction, investigations and solutions to bugs and issues that keep many of us here.

I would of shelved ED after the NPC AI weapon mutation, but you guys kept my faith in check and I am still here.
