Very Very Much. I've always wanted to fly one of those in the main game. I said that before CQC when you would see them in CZs. I just hope we can have them in our shipyard and not like the SRVs, being just there. I'd like some pics of it on a landing pad. But, i'm not sure they even have an undercarriage. Maybe they are only launched like Tie Fighters are.

As Requested by vindelanos earlier in the thread...

...this is my Eagle. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

She's got a very standard lay out. Military bulkheads, no cargo, 3 gimballed pulses. All the highest main components you can get. Powerplant, Thrusters, FSD etc.. no mods. Tactical Graphite paint job and no decals. A stealth fighter if you will. Now we can mod with the use of Engineers, this has rekindled my spirit to get back into game and upgrade her.

It was the first ship I ever bought in game around February 2015 when I started and I have never had the heart to sell it. I always said that it's like having that special car or motorbike in your garage that you may tinker with, upgrade and go for a sunny Sunday run. There's a passion for it. That's my analogy anyway.

Beautiful pics, Verz! It looks mean as hell sitting on that pad. That green hud actually goes really well with the "feel" of your stealth fighter.

Yeah :) That's the reason I settled on the green HUD. For the feel.

Let me know if you want to fly the birds sometime.

Well, there is coriolis. And it worked quite fine there.

There is that feeling when you fly close to the ground at 500+, deploy weapons ... 'thrusters offline'.

So always check your power INGAME ...

I fly with one railgun offline atm, until I can mod my PP quite a lot. I wanted a weapon that can punch above its weight class, and plasma slugs take care of (some) ammo problems. Lots of modding to do, but even with only 1 railgun active I had a lot of fun in CZ's.

You should see it in midnight black! Only did use as a taxi, but still. Now with engies this thread is tempting me to get one again.

I thought the approved technique was to boost into the slot do an FA off 180 flip as you went through then boost to a stop before doing a controlled crash onto your pad.

Note I have not in my brief career to date used the any part of the approved technique except the last bit, but then I did come last. BBX.

I highly encourage it. For the small price, and easy availability of modules, it is a mainstay of my little fleet whenever I move into a new AO, and a hell of a lot of fun as a quick reaction force fighter.

It's a fragile ship, but the speed and agility make up for it, and even if you lose her, the A-Rated 60k price-tag on the rebuy is completely inconsequential. One good run in the CZs will get you 5-10 rebuys on her.

Maybe I'll get on it once I'm done upgrading my decidedly not fragile FAS.
