The tool still works though, all you need to do is choose the system and station you are in, bit annoying yes but it doesn't stop the tool from finding the trade route

He did say he would get back to it shortly. I think it is just because the added the new coordinate system, he has to change several things to make it all work.

I believe it was just a matter that Slopey had to spend some time away a few weeks (Altho I thought he would be back by now)...
The problem with open source is your plans and ideas get altered and changed by others that may take it to a path the original didn't want.
However, he should add more to his team.

Not a programmer, but did observe the following differences in netLog since update:

Prior to upgrade (05/21/2016):
{00:48:51} System:0(Aerial) Body:10 Pos:(272.257,-292.062,-154.665) NormalFlight

After upgrade (05/26/2016):
{17:59:29} System:"Aerial" StarPos:(100.750,-102.625,8.406)ly Body:10 RelPos:(2.05592,-0.809974,-2.02908)km NormalFlight

So in my simple mind, looks like StarPos is fixed (unlike before), and using RelPos for your in-system coordinates opposed to Pos before?
RelPos appears to change, and StarPos doesn't.
- Not sure of ramifications in interpreter code, but appears all the trading tools I was using are effected (and basically useless).

I REALLY miss my Slopey BPC! Anyone know the api conversions FD is using to account for above?

I'm alive! Honest!

To be perfectly honest, my interest in playing ED beyond modding the forums/chats died off after the EngineeRNGs, but I'm still around. I've also been busy with RL work, and my hobby (AirHauler 2 from JustFlight).

However, I've dusted off the X55, and until I rage quit due to insta-teleport, I'm playing again.

I'll fix the logging function - not been playing enough to notice it's changed.

Give me a few days to dust off the code and uprev it, and we'll be good to go.
