Okay.
So...
There are three ships.
One is a trader, one is an explorer and one is a bounty hunter.
We have been told we must find the bounty hunter.
The trader is red and is called Kohl. This means the trader cannot be the Asp, which is yellow. The trader was also carrying fish during the incident. This means the trader was carrying cargo, which confirms that Dillon and Granger must be the explorer and bounty hunter.
But which is which?
A guess at this point is that the Cobra is the bounty hunter that will arrive at 21.00, and the explorer is in the yellow Asp. This is based only on the ship types. I don't think names can be matched to either yet.
We also so far have no idea where the Cobra will arrive at 21.00.
Really need that 6th clue solved!
Edit: If we assume "The T9 pilot's route takes them to system Cail" can be combined with "A trader called Kohl will arrive in Cail at 10:00" then that means Kohl, the trader, is also the pilot of the Type 9, which was red and carrying fish. But that isn't the bounty hunter... so not sure if that even helps.

Solve the puzzle to determine the Bounty Hunter, then Wake Scan him/her through space?

Yeah. I'd go out on a limb and say it might be worth mounting a wake scanner. So if the bounty hunter does jump away, you can follow. If not, no real loss hopefully.

apademak has a ammonia atmospheric world at apademak 4, its controlled by a theocratic faction. Bout 60-70ly from ngalia by the looks

Well, Granger hangs around at Apademak and doesn't carry cargo - but if Granger is the explorer then this doesn't help. Given this is the last clue, though, that seems very unlikely.
But I don't think anything will be there until tomorrow, as that is when the hunt begins.
My 'GO, GO, GO' was more spiritual encouragement for Niamhy to solve that final clue
I think they should all just come have a party at my family's terminal outpost in NYALA. Aliens, Thargoids, Engineers all are welcome xD

That means "someone" was encrypted using "TRUTHTR" and "apademak" was encoded using "HTRUTHTR". The second word of the key must start with "TR".
Maybe like the EAFOTSEAFOSTEAFOTS Message make truth as a key like that

You might be on to something here - if you use the Vigenère solver at dcode.fr, enter the ciphertext and 'apademak' as a known word, then one of the suggested keys where Apademak shows in the correct place is:
'LFOHTRUTHTRLZPKRPAK' - with a decoded plaintext of 'AASQCPBWHOZIARDSEIBGRSQCQQEBKKRGSAREREAUTAPADEMAKIB'
obviously not correct, but it's odd that the word 'truth' appears in this partial key, and that it also produces the word 'who' in the partially decoded plaintext.
