Forgive me but wasn't the clue Near a system with binary .... not in. I'm on the way out there, I needed a drive anyway and I'll report back after some scans

If Kolh is lying then that means that zero or more than one of his friends are lying. I guess it's possible...
reminds me of the two guards one always lies and the other only ever tells the truth riddle

Guys - MB already said that what's happening here is not the culmination of the UA/UP/Barnacle stuff, it's 'something different' - but probably related.

So while I get that people get annoyed at shooting all over the galaxy on the merest hint from some screenshot or decoded clue or whatever, remember: nobody's *forcing* you to do it. This isn't like one of those crap film tie-in games where you're forced to do the minecart-on-rails level, it's more like reading American Psycho, where you can choose to skip the chapter on Genesis. It's just in this case, you leave it up to others to do it in order to keep your sanity.

Know your limits!

That said, it is possible we misinterpreted the clue. He was last seen in Pic Tok. He returns each day at 3pm. Maybe he returns to his home system. we know the explorer 'hangs around apademak". This whole hunt is organized so poorly. 99% of the participants have nothing to do. The characters should have been persistent drops that everyone could interact with

I can't put in to words how disappointed and ripped off I feel. This game always has issues, and we make excuses because we want this aspect of the game - but FD can't even deliver on that! Sick of the excuses! I'm done till there's a formal apology for the issues and a guarantee that they're resolved.

Something boring and confusing. Puzzles, more puzzles, hauling stuff around.... [zZzZz] We want interaction with the Thargoids or another alien species!
