Agreed +rep. There's a lot of space for them to add gameplay here. For example, some sort of orbital survey mechanic - equip a higher-tier surface scanner, fly a series of powered polar orbits around the planet, get hot/cold PoI spots on the map to improve chances of finding stuff. Or deployable one-shot probe/drone to give it an ongoing cost. And yes, surface waypoints would be useful.

dillon is yellow and cail has a yellow star (yellow can also be the color of lies i guess)

and granger is white and guess what type star apadenak has (its white)

its not a coincidence its delliberate

Pulsars are neutron stars and we have those.

Searched the thread and didn't find anything/sequences, so I don't want to repeat steps that have been done already.

This is the first time seeing the Braben interview with the "interference" of the blue star & ship graveyard.

Has anyone decoded the binary frames yet? I'm too tired to type all that binary ("must be divisible by 8" etc) without mistakes. If no one has, I'll try that in the morning.

one of them is lying though, so they're probably lying about the goods they want too. Keep thinking though, you'll solve it before we do :)

the first contact was 10am UTC? Maybe we should head out see if they turn up (yeah I know it's bank holiday in UK, but yesterday was sunday and that didn't stop them)

Well spotted CMDR!
So basically Kerrash is hinting that the Col 70 Sector (currently permitted) is basically Thargoid (we can deduce it from the octagonal shape of the folded paper).
That said, he's "hinting" that PEACE could be a thing.

but we already know Col 70 is a thing from the triangulation of the UP signal. Unless Kerrash is telling us HOW to get into Col 70, it's not very useful

He cannot tell us anything new. But the fact that it's Thargoids is still relevant, don't you think?
Given that we still don't know if the Thargoids will be in game....

I flew completely around the planet Tok A5 yesterday, at 34 lat. Lots of Siruis buildings with skimmers, a few wrecks, a couple of satellites. But no big alien thing. I'd say *something* is there, but unless we get a Long, or confirmation that it is 34 lat (and not -34 lat. or 34 long. or -34 long. or even a co-ordinate at all) its a needle in a haystack thing.
