I said it's RARE, not typical. I had it happen to me once.. But at that time, the amount of Money lost was so much.. While waiting for them to reply to my ticket, I dared continuing to deliver trade cargos, and I was Lucky enough for it to not happen again to me.. I checked in on my ticket after Three months, still no answer.. Time went by and nothing happened..
Ticked was filed, bug is RARE, not typical.
With Nvidia geforce experience, one can capture the last 20 mins of footage. So there is no need to anticipate when you need to start recording.

2nd even if you're wanted for whatever reason the station shouldnt attack you. normaly if you got scanned by the station or the police/whatever and got the wanted status, the station would cancel your docking request and the police would attack you, not the station unless you return fire.

I will go out on a limb here and say that the detractors thought the post was more in a ranting style than informative and got miffed by that?
There has been suggestions on what could have happened as to why he got shot and also the advice to post a bug ticket if it is a bug needing sorting.

I really hope FD takes a look at stations randomly killing players on their way in or out.. Since it happened to me 1.5 years ago, it's frightening to see this bug still roams the Galaxy. At that time when I got blew up, if that had happened again in my Type 6, I would be on my bare feet With a Sidewinder again.. Many weeks of hauling would be for nothing..

Yes, if stuff like this happens it should be fixed. Since it didn't happen for 1.5 years maybe they already fixed it? Anyway, if it happens again contact support, they'll reimburse you for any lost credits.
How do you know it is the same bug? How do you know it's a bug at all? With the absence of any evidence, the "accidentally flattened an NPC at speed" theory seems more likely to me.
It could also be related to the passenger mission.
Clipping another ship sounds like the most likely occurrence, especially in a ship that size
If the station instantly kills you on your way in or out, it's the same bug.. I had a very detailed description of the bug when I reported it to FD. I was not wanted, OP was not wanted, we did not have any illegal cargo.. There was NO firepower shooting from the station, just as described: "Instantly killed".
Heh I do that often and come close to drifting into the rails at the entrance
He did have passengers, you'll get blown up if they are wanted. Also there was no speed limit 1.5 years ago.
