Hey has anyone tried doing a perpendicular bisector of all the systems in the human bubble between Lave and Eravate? Of course that's a lot of systems, it's just that it's all we have to go on unless we can find a third satellite emitting the same code that we can triangulate from. When I can get on ED later I'll have a go and see if anything interesting comes up.

after a week of searching for im taking a brake from it
sadly there is way to much to search and too few cmdr's
also merope is the wrong system for it

The Ba Po system is at -18.125 / 16.5625 / 81.78125, but there is no information on bodies on that system.

The others don't seem to match any known systems and it probably doesn't make sense that 2 lines of the code would not be used in any way in the solution?

OK along with these 3 sets of co-ords we have also had 85, 930, 88 come up today as well. I have gone through and checked all four sets of co-ords for all possible plus and minus sign variations, assuming that this is centered on Sol. I haven't found anything at any co-ord, although -18, 16, 81 is close to Ba Po. However Ba Po is not an exact match, it's 1 or 2 points out, and Ba Po doesn't look like the system we are looking for.

I would be quite happy though if someone else wanted to double check these as I could always have missed something.

Thx. I fiddled around with various solutions, but the only one that actually works seems to be the one CMDR TehnoMag presented. That is, if the Asteroid belts are symmetrical, at least.

EDIT: Ok, found another, but that one doesn't look too convincing to me:

The part of the channel at the top of your pic is separated from the lower part; if you look at the top part of the arms of the "U" channel it looks to me as though on each side there is an inset metallic hatch with blue "fluid/energy" marking the corners of the hatch.

I see where you mean now. That Blue marking appears on a number of parts of the Channel. I will get a closer pic when I am next on, but it might not be until tomorrow. If anyone else can grab a closer pic and see what they think, then please feel free.

How many channels do we have? If it's four then we should take each ancient relic and do our best to jettison it on the channel. I I'll try and do that tonight

Alternatively, you can bung the following string (which is the same sequence converted into a JSON string) into http://a.teall.info/nonogram/ (via the "Load" button).

That website also features a "Solve" button if you get bored of trying to solve it yourself (although be warned - my lowly browser has spent the last 20mins trying to "solve" it and hasn't got very far yet).

Ooops Ghostt i forgot to add you. I knew you and Zartan were searching in Asterope but then Richard said he had found one in the Merope system. Zaratan headed there and last i heard he hasn't been lucky enough to find one Yet

I tried with hyphens and all sorts of spacing changes ... nothing .... but it does look promising.

Anyone tried to remove the sand with mining lasers? Or power the structure, which reminds me of a light-lock, with mining lasers?

I wonder if the relics and orbs and stuff are items that need to be replaced in their original setup to activate the lock.

Have you ever seen two Obelisks powered directly side by side and the antenna completely powered down and NOT retracted into wherever it came from?
