Damn! also my idea seems not working.
I'm not able to find an alphabet shift that satisfy column and repetition restrictions for fitting DARK Region/Sector.
Can anyone suggest me other 6 letter words that can be placed with DARK into a 3 words a system name?

Nebula would fit the 6 letter word :)

could this help?

The Horsehead Nebula (also known as Barnard 33) is a dark nebula in the constellation Orion, Horsehead would fit your nine letter word nicely, so Dark Horsehead Nebula perhaps?

No, but there's a puppis dark region with a few systems around it.

yes, but puppis is 6 long, region is 6 too; we miss the 9 letter name

If we get region and the first 3 letters after that it might work.

ie Puppis Dark Region PD-S/DL-Y/EB-X etc.

Aquila
Puppis
Scutum
Taurus

also, in Cyrillics - СКУТУМ

There are hundreds of these systems; [6Letters] Dark Region XX-XX XXX.

Thanks to CMDR Tehnomag, I've browsed the 2000+ possible solves for the nonogram with asteroids <<, none of which stands-out as obvious.

I've also tried to insert 10 / 30 / 60 in binary as a start point, but I may have screwed this up, any way again nothing useful appeared. I'll keep running through the various combos of this until they're exhausted or until I know what I'm doing.

The problem with any alternative encoding method is that they still require the nonogram to be solved. Without a reference point we could be encoding-decoding for months. I'm thinking a bug-report titled 'Your Puzzle is broken/impossible' is called for, or maybe a PM to the Dev dealing with this puzzle?

Hi all
Nothing new to add, just want to thanks Frontier for remembering me the long hours i've spent playing the cryhavoc game younger...

I posted this yesterday, what do you think ? In my opinion the bottom left part of the nonogram is a set of coordinates for planet 4C

It's a reasonable theory but we've got no way of knowing if that particular solution of the nonogram is correct, and since we haven't found the system we've got no way of testing coordinates. So, good idea but let's not get ahead of ourselves ;)

Does anyone know what date/time, in game, that the sun will rise over the ruins on Synuefe 1b? After exploring there in the dark yesterday it'd be good to see the site's walls thrown into proper relief.

Also, does the filled in heat-map versions of the three symbols from the monoliths look like part of the nonogram results, but on its side, to anyone else?

I've arrived in Caucuma, and indeed there's no station news article containing a code. Ah well....2/3 ain't bad.

I wonder where the code that uses DANGEROUS as a cypher is?

The beacon clues were left to help us find the site, however the site was found by 'other means' (Video) + Triangulation. - Do any of the clues remotely point to the site? i.e are we going backwards?

If above is the case then.

FD mentioned that finding things would 'trigger' other events - Such as activating the site beacons would trigger the next event. - We have triggered a countdown/up for an encounter event. If the site owners have been notified that we are snooping around, surely they will send something to checkout who's there?

Seeing the three numbers I did a quick search of the galaxy map at coords 3:1:273
No system present at that location :(

Also I noticed Havok is spelled with a K instead of a C. The only reference I can find is an Anglo-Norman French spelling of the word. Could the spelling be intentional?

I think the only reason a K instead of a C is used in the word Havok is purely because c is used in the Cypher key already in the word Cry. 'cryhavok' being the key used to decipher. nothing more than that i believe.

I got the code from the Takurua beacon
7 5 2 0 2 1 1 3 2 1 5 2 5 1 9 repeated 4 times at 12pm. Checking local news before i try and solve it.

Edit: nm

Note that checkpoints meeting the given description during Civil Wars are not uncommon. There is a civil war in Condani at the moment.

Perhaps there's some sort of "overlap" bug going on atm.
