Hmmm I have a feeling the virus or whatever they do(either a cure? or a attack) won't be directed at any aliens, more of our leadership to create havok causing fighting to happen, Cue alien fleet and we have a right mess to deal with, whoever the 3rd party is gets revenge on *insert major faction* and starts a mini war(truth be told imps/feds couldnt really go to war, they just love having stalemates and yelling at eachother) That or its a Huge bio attack/cure as some people have hinted at *Shrug* we shall see

It's a CG with rares.
So real effort is needed to get it to the last tier.
This makes it seem like:

Complete it and you will get some help vs the thargoids.
Don't and you'll have a harder time later on.

Palins CRCRs. We could have had 8' or even 16' racks. We have 2' now. *meh*

This really has nothing to do with guy Fawkes has it? No boom, just a bad cough and death. Can we just pretend that we are the guardians for our passengers.....?

We solve puzzles and hunt Aliens. We don't involve ourselves in politics. That is what this CG is about, it's political.

With all due respect I totally disagree. Oppenheimer helped build the A Bomb. He used his scientific knowledge as part of a team to create a devastating weapon. Politics then used it.

He admitted that he knew it would be used but chose to ignore the political reality and as a result he contributed to that political decision.

So for Canonn or a representative of Canonn to state that we're only in it for the science and are not responsible for the political actions, places you and them in the same situation as Oppenheimer. You know it could lead to bad things but don't have the courage to say no.

As for the CG well it's a test of humanity, the Morality or the Mighty Credit.

exactly...at lest with CG's the damage if any can be repaired....Where as if something happens thats bad cause we didnt do it, well then we're all in trouble....I'm on the side of rushing its completion tbh

My point exactly. I'm ok with humanity possessing a bio or any weapon that could destroy our enemies, but to be used only to defend ourselves. But this is a case of some random guys with unknown agenda asking for heavy duty stuff. Some before here said that this CG is not right. It would not be right if either Empier, Federation or Alliance alone asked for it, it would be ok if a coalition of all asked for a weapon like this for a "humanity last stand weapon" but one random organisation asking for it is just wrong.

I wonder if being shown all the wrecks and now this CG is from the pirate guy that found the first crash. That may have been his ship at the third wreck. Maybe he got in over his head chasing the alien leads down and wants the viricide to get payback for his losses in the third wreck.

The Unauthorised Comms Beacon gave out a message saying there is a CG in the Elli system. It doesn't show in the mission board accept the one in Elli, at Wright City. You have to deliver the rare good Toxandji Virocide (obtain from Tsunenaga Orbital in Toxandji system)

I´m going to support the CG. My guess is, that the Thargoids have infiltrated our space already and somehow set up this gommunity goal.
If we don´t deliver the antidote, they possibly won´t be able to recover and return.
so to be honest.. I want them to come. [yesnod]

btw. CMDR Dreamstate... you can use all of my conspiration theories if you think they can help you on your task ;)

My recording software didnt start so I dont have a complete transcription.

Will attempt at 1910 hrs Galatic Mean Time

Mr Fawkes didn't like his own country's authority figures......
