So the latest alien crash site?

It was a clandestine meeting between Alliance and Thargoids vessels!

The Federation and Imperials have a military presence in the area and have reason to prevent collaboration.

Just a thought. =p

Based on that assumption I think it's somewhat interesting if you flip the viewpoint. I mean some human factions are friendly, some are not.

It's quite possible Thargoids have similar factions, and if so it could be that the (hypothetical) Alliance/Thargoid meeting was actually ambushed by a Thargoid faction not sympathetic to the idea of Humans and Thargoids getting on!

I suppose I am saying that even if there were evidence of the weapon marks on the T9s being of Thargoid origin, then it does not necessarily mean the Thargoids are the enemy.

Ideally we'd contact the Thargoid equivalent of the Canonn. [alien]

The good thing about this CG that everybody believes we are creating bio weapon against the thargoid,bu what if this not the case?
The thargoids technology based on organic things,so they could easily use somekind of parasites on humans to control them.
So what if they have their agents in human body already in our space and this event is about collecting enough virocide to use against us? :)

Hi all, (newcomer here).
I've noticed by reading the news in Toxandji system, that some workers at Williams Survey have been infested by an alien parasite a couple of days ago. Further readings point to the origin of the infection was located at Clebsch Point on planet B6A.

Hi, yes, a noob question and possibly not the best place to ask here, but still:

How can I refuel the SRV? Not meaning synthesis here, but refueling at bases. This doesn't seem to work anymore or I can't find out how to do it [noob]

Refuel ship at base and SRV automatically gets refuelled.

Ever since the Red Wizard rightfully scolded me for repeating an unconfirmed rumor I have been more diligent with doing my homework of background checks.
https://www.reddit.com/r/EliteSirius/comments/3rvk4z/thargoids_lore/ has a good write-up of all things Thargoid, however Drew Wagars definitive guide has been down for a while now.
As hard as I tried to find a copy of it somewhere it seems to have vanished without a trace. Probably connected to some potential discrepancies between the "old" and "current" Thargoid time/eventline that suits ED.

So to answer - Thargoid colonies are quite likely to be located in the Ammonia Worlds which are inaccessible for us; and due to the virus rendering them "flightless" they haven't been able to peek out of them much - until recently.

The WayBackMachine to the rescue!

Obviously can't be relied on as 100% accurate but I think we can still treat it as stories our characters have heard that may or may not be true.

Crash site 3
It reminds me of the debris often found under spider webs. The ships are like fly carcasses and are in various states of decay with puncture marks in the hull (fangs)? Only the alien ship appears to have crashed uncontrollably. Did it cunsume something in the other ships and was poisoned and only just made it back to its lair? Do they normally live underground? The human ships are partially buried.
Lots of tinfoil needed.

This legit??? I want to believe!

It's fake though, surely?

Question: Is the data obtained from the obelisks at the alien site replenished over time or does it need to be a new instance only?
