Oh don't worry. My idea is just for a conglomerate of solar surfers. Pretty casual stuff. It won't get in the way of expeditions & the like.

I went out and got interdicted by the alien vessel last night...no running and hiding for me!
Admittedly I did it in an anaconda but I'm hoping I can get the sidey interdicted soon.

I'm only a few hundred LYs out, having just started a new trip. I'm just debating whether to turn around and sacrifice the jump range on my Clipper for some heavy duty shootas. When combined with the case of Newcastle Brown Ale in the ships fridge, this could lead to some interesting developments in the field of Human-Thargoid relations. Of course if they're bigger than me I'm in a Clipper, I could always run away.......

It will be certainly interesting until the community starts brainstorming about nerfing the aliens. And if the aliens won't invade, than the game lacks "gameplay".
