I think the first ship that blew me away visually was the Majestic Class early early on..

I joined up with the Imperials in that first skirmish, had a thoroughly good time. Earned some rep with them.. Now I hold the title King. Never bothered with Feds.

As interesting as I find the Empire to be, I prefer the Alliance; they may not have much going for them at the moment, but their ideals are closer to mine than those of the other powers. Plus, they're supposedly 'friends' with the Thargoids, and I'd really rather not get blown out of the sky by a flying octagon any time soon.
