For those curios of the system/relic lineup, with the seemingly outlying system included. Galaxy map picture taken from below to make the connection easier

I don't suppose anyone ever saw anything at the point in the original ruins where the ZL-J system is? And it could just as well be that the similarities between the relic and system lineup are entirely coincidental.

lol i posted something close to that a few posts back, those peeps are already out and about are too busy to look at the thread at the mo, shame im working for another 3 hours :-(

Possibly. Maybe each pillar corresponds to one other ancient site as some kind of transmitter. I am not good with figuring stuff like this out, but since line of site would probably
be required we would need to find 4 other planets which all manage to achieve line of sight together at least every once in a while. Or is one of the systems in the centre which could
relay the information to other sites everytime it gets line of sight with another site? Like a central hub. They certainly don't have line of sight at all times as this is impossible.

No it isn't impossible at all.

For instance, Polaris is always *line-of-sight* from within the Arctic circle on Earth. (It isn't always visible to the naked eye, of course, but it *is* always in line-of-sight)

To determine whether coincidental or not, prism proportions need to be measured and then compared.

Me too. I'm desperate to see a galmap image, viewed from below, with all 5 relevant systems narked on it, superimposed over the first ruins site with the beacons/systems lined up so we can see where the 5th one falls on the ruins, and what other info might be learned from the overall layering of the patterns.

I'd do it myself, but 3.5 more hours before I'm home and at my PC.

Wait. If original ruins are at the lower most, left most beacon on the original site, does that make the smaller circular area a representation of that star/system. And if so, what does the larger circular area tell us about the corresponding star system?

Yes of course, but since we know that the ancient site we already discovered is NOT on one of the poles but rather near the equator it makes it impossible for constant line of sight.

up and down like a brides nighty.

Perhaps they have seen where I am and are going to move the ruins 50 meters to the left so I don't miss them.
