Since I'm now only posting (and reposting, sorry if it happens I have a terrible memory) rather old archive images, here's a fresh one, straight from Procyon B on my way to the Fed (and Trade) rank grind:

Screenshots in Combat wanted!!

I want to see your ships in battle, with rockets and lasers hitting or missing your delicate hulls. Try to make sure you get the beautiful scenery with suns, nebulas, rings, and planets in the background!

So, I did a bit of research with my Beluga regarding the tail fins.

When you jump into the Beluga, the fins are up. They only lower upon landing and stay, as far as I know, stay lowered until launch/ship change. Even with the fins lowered, there's a lot of design flaws with hangars when it comes to the Beluga. Please keep in mind that the following screenshots may not be very interesting, but it's for documentation reasons and possible science.

I would much prefer the look of the beluga if it didn't have all those wings on it. Or make them a lot smaller. To me it just looks wrong having a huge ship like that with those massive wings.
