Which planets have yet to be searched for ruins? Sorry if this is posted somewhere, I checked the front page and didn't see anything.

Look for the spreadsheets on the front page (unless they've been moved) - should give you rough areas searched and which planets etc.

Alright, got back to analyzing the obelisk sounds and I was already writing down the sequences when I finally noticed that the signals are quite strongly time-aligned. See the 3 pictures below (last one is forcefully time-aligned to seconds and is missing the beginning of the string, but the point remains).

So it seems to me that the smallest "time-step" is half a second. At times the blocks seem to not align up as perfectly as they could, but when you look more closely at them, they are still pretty much time-aligned (not to mention the recording has some noise from the usual obelisk rumbling!).
I will be doing another long recording now, just to gain a bit more data (though I personally think it is irrelevant to have that much data, 3 to 6 strings would probably give us an idea of what they mean).

If you get those sequence, and/or have the entire recording, ill see if I can figure out anything. It looks like it COULD be two layers of binary, but cant really do much without the entire sequence.

Apologies for bumping my own post, but I have tried to compare the photo of the internal view of a relic posted by Cmdr megacrafter above with the one that Cmdr Thatchinho Iposted the pther day & which I found I had saved on my ipad. I believe the internal glyphs are different between the two, but comparison is a bit tricky with the different lighting and view angles, & I can't see how to reduce cyan level on my ipad.

So would really welcome more hires pix of the internal views of ALL the relics, preferably with the same orientation, to explore this hypothesis.

Could you provide links to the posts you mention?

This monolith network, its linked together somehow and Ram Tah suddenly can't get any more info from it :]
Even if we figure out which planet have new ruins, area (thousands of square kilometers) still too huge to find while scanning at 10km range planetside.

Collected "fruit" of all types from them - all turn to materials when collected.

For my observations today the Braintrees are impervious to everything and they have other forms of life living on them which you can shoot and they turn in materials. It seems that they the materials are only those present on the moon. Are they Guardian engineered plant mining machines?

I thought the same thing. They seem to be leeching minerals to the surface.

Wow, didn't notice this before, how intresting! Is it static or random changing as on obelisks? I think there is a message incrypted in these glowing dots, but I still can't figure it out.

I believe FD just planted plants, fumaroles and geysers in the target systems to break up the monotony of eyeball search.

No, they are far outside the site.

This shows the centre of the ruins. From -32/-128 you can't see the site.

I thought (and read) somewhere that the 360 degrees were selected because it is a number divisible by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10. That it was a logical outcome of the easiest number sufficiently high enough to be accurate and fit the equilateral triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, etc.

I am torn between the option that it is very illogical for the ruins to point anywhere. We dont build our bases to point towards our other bases. The bases can have DATA that may point somewhere...

And second option that the FD simply put it in the geometry of the base for our sake...

Been scouring the planets for days now... Losing enthusiasm...

This is my first post here and i don´t know if this is the right place for it.
Have been searching for ruins for 4 straight days now. i didn´t find any ruins but what i found i think is interisting in another way. i´m currently in IC 2391 SECTOR ZE-A D101 at C3
19.8912 / 128.2168.
There is a Crater thats approximately 400Km diameter and is like 1/3 of the Planets surface.


Further i´ve noticed that the Planet C3 has 300K just like the one the "alpha" Ruins are located and it has about the same Gravitational force (0.22G). is the temperatur and gravitation important for the search for new Ruins?
Don´t know if this is interisting for anyone but me. just wanted to let you guys know.

I have been searching c3 a lot too. Seems like the most obvious candidate to me aswell.
Almost identical to th known ruins.

I was under the impression that the "Brain Tree's" where unique to this region of space (so far), although the growths on them are the same as those found aout near Colonia.
