I personally just wear it off and put my Oculus on the desk and follow the "do nothing for 10-15 minutes" special feature of Elite: Dangerous on the mirror screen. Of course when it happens the immersion is gone and there's no way for me to bring it back, except logging off and take a break. I try to avoid those long hauls as much as I can, but the tourist haulage missions often bring you down there and I cannot give up the big bucks they offer (you know...).
So what's you're experience with that? how do you feel when it happens?
