A Quote That Makes My Hair Stand Up

I hear the Amiga 1000 is making a comeback. My son actually has mine, still working, and occasionally unboxes it and plays games.
Why oh why did I get rid of my Atari 1040ST?

I hope it's Linux too.

I would like to think he meant that finally after all this time, they and Apple found a way to get it working on the Mac. I'm a PC guy myself, but I do feel for you guys on Macs.
Me too. My cousin has a Mac and would love to play Horizons.
Apple seem too elite to cater to serious gamers, or they just make too much coin with music and graphics workstations to care.

I expect that Morgan is correct and he just meant that updates will hopefully keep attracting new players on the existing platforms. If it was a written statement it would probably have been phrased so as to be completely unambiguous, but that's what you get with off the cuff remarks.

They're building arcade cabinets. They'll of course have to adjust the gameplay for the arcade format, especially since we'll only have one joystick and two buttons....

I agree with Morgan Grimes. The best advert for Elite: Dangerous is... Elite: Dangerous

If someone sees it running on a PS4 then they might buy it for their XBox/PC. Has there been any confirmation about PSVR yet?

Fingers crossed. Elite is now the only reason I have Windows installed. All my other games either have a native Linux port, can be run through Wine or I just don't care enough about :)

Surely he just meant new people joining existing platforms.
