It is actully very persistent, every time I go near my 'Conda I get it .
Filed a ticket, and will just stick to my Python for now. I cant afford those Low temp diamonds as ammo in my muticannons.

Have you tried unequipping everything that needs the restock and putting it back?
You're lucky the restock was unavailable. Imagine if you had seen that restock value just as it was too late for your brain to stop your finger clicking on the button.
