Is it weird that every mentioned planet/moon mentioned in sol system has a combat aftermath detect close to them each with mostly intact vessels burning

i noticed a few permitted systems with religous orders in them, like Van Maan's star, Terra Mater, and Pi Mensae then there is Isinor as well near by

It's about time to restate our broad knowledge minus the overt tinfoil.

Main ED Mysteries since launch:

Raxxla- Nothing confirmed.

Thargoids- Indirect evidence (Barnacles, UA, Meta Alloys, Flower ships, etc.)

Formidine Rift-

Drew has said what was hidden in the rift might not be immediately conspicuous, but would become clearer over time. To me, that means it isn't a point of interest or necessarily even something tangible. There's also no indication that any of the superpowers are particulary concerned with the rift. This is an important distinction that many overlook- thinking that they are trying to silence Salome to protect some insider knowledge. That's not been confirmed.

TOW found something. Salome investigated. Something that she found prompted her to lead the Distant Worlds expedition. This means what she found in the rift made her seek knowledge elsewhere. I think the community should take that as a hint, even a year later. As a result of this, other factions appealed for exploration data. From this point on it's pure conjecture.

Sub Plots:

Flower Ships: who knows yet?

Exodus: The expedition to the rift by sirius(?) was not in response to strange happenings in the rift. Clearly whoever funded this trip was concerned about something, and was plotting backup locations to run away to. I feel that this will be important later, but this will play out over a year or more, rather than over the next few months. As for the ships not returning? The rift claimed a couple of ships (adding to the mystery but telling us nothing that we don't already know), the rest were obviously intercepted and destroyed by the contract givers. Unshielded and unarmed anacondas? A sidewinder could pop them.

FSD research: Sirius has been experimenting with either longer jump ranges, or wake emissions or something. This is going side by side with Salome's story and developing on a day to day basis.

Salome: This story is not the rift's story. We need to realize that. It can give us hints, but don't expect the conclusion of the Rift to come anytime soon. Salome knows something about the rift. She knows that it is dangerous. It prompted her to travel all across the galaxy, but her story is not the rifts story.

Overview of galactic affairs:
Something is stewing. A threat blisfully being ignored by most of the population. War is on the horizon. The question is: between who?

Overview as to rift affairs:
Whatever we are looking for is something that we have to be looking for. Drew has really said this time and time again. It depends on who goes looking. As in the person that goes looking has to know what he's looking for. It would behoove us to brainstorm things that may not be immediately apparent. Maybe it's space magic. Like the scourge in the new mass effect. Some form of brain twisting dark energy. Maybe it's something boring like cloaking aliens. Maybe it's a sentient AI like the reapers from mass effect. Maybe it's drew's face carved into the side of one of the moons. To sum up: we just don't know enough.

I'm too trying to catch up with all this, and I have just one question: aside from its meaning (which is slowly being revealed as indexing a location) I don't exactly understand the provenance of this code that we are now trying to decipher. According to Galnet it came out of "a message in the exploration data gathered last year as part of a campaign organised by the Children of Raxxla". I am not sure what this means exactly. What was the campaign mentioned about? Exploration data about where/what?

This (together with the "these clues have been in the game for some time, this is just a summary clue" hint) means that whatever we're trying to find is not the current whereabouts of the sausage-maiden, but something that has been in the game for a long time. Presumably, as this is Mr Wagar's party, something to do with the Formidine Rift.

The whole Salome / Childre of Raxxla storyline is not very clear to me too. I know it's a mystery even to those who followed all the events, so it's even harder for an outsider to understand what it is all about. Maybe Salome found some strange alien caves??? Just guessing

What I know: Salome has some connection to the Empire but is rather at difficutl relations with the Empire. She was resopnsible for some major disaster and death of many a people. She's deeply sorry and on her vojage to repent she found out about some mystery. There also is something hidden in Imperial database. And Salome met with the distant world expedition as far out as beagle point (not really sure, but I think it was there). More I do not know. I am sure I missed one or the other gal-net news mentioning her. If someone could just make a short summary of what it is all about it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah myself and many others have suggested Moirai many times without confirmation so I'm starting to think it isn't the correct answer.
