Congratulations Inga (I was wondering who was going to be the first to rank up in this race). UPDATE - and Jhyrryl (so that's two drinks each right?)

P.S. new Size of a Cow time submitted after a morning of costly scrapes, LOTS of selling Gold and Palladium back to the guy I just bought it off ... and then buying it again, deeply irritating interdictions by pirates who keep saying things like "drop your cargo and this can all end" despite the fact that I'm dumping cargo like Han Solo, oh ... and a perfect run, I mean PERFECT, ruined by accidentally selecting the Mission board at the last stop which then took about 3 years to load (OK, I might be exaggerating a tad but it felt that long).

Happy 3300s racing trading everyone, I'm travelling back to the 1920s tonight ...

Turns out I only have 108 rebuys ... I'm clearly being far too cautious (haven't lost a single ship in this race yet).

256 m/s in a laden T9?! Those thrusters have been to Palin... ;)
Then again, so have those on my T6 :D
With my keybindings, I'm more likely to hit boost by mistake when leaving the station (before I've aligned with the airlock), as I use the lateral thrusters on landing and those are bound to keys well away from the boost button. My landing gear is also very far away from the boost button. (I fly using keyboard only which is good for having ready access to different controls and my Tab key is boost, L is landing gear and the cursor keys are thrusters).

That face of when you know you're messed up badly, but you also know you're too late to do anything about it so you go full ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ :D

(By the way, for the sake of scientific knowledge, my Betty does a solid 222 m/s on fully-laden boost)

Given the renown outstanding braking performance of the Asp, if your intent is to nail yourself to the docking pad instead of bouncing off, this looks like a great plan!

Shot roughly 19:00 GMT as I was arriving in my taxi Hauler.

For some reason the Free Camers bindings for my HOTAS always revert to inverted roll and throttle Full Range in stead of Forward Only every time I log in, no matter how many time I correct it. Another ticket to do.
