I cannot see a resolution of this problem, since the Justice Department is supposed to reconcile such conflicts, but they would be recused from oversight of the Special Counsel. Sessions in particular can't intervene.

However the President could. He could dismiss the counsel on the grounds of this conflict. IMHO, that would be legally justifiable.

It might be also argued, that Mueller, is a direct friend of ex-FBI director Jim Comey... but hey...
Let Mueller choose whom he will serve... The Truth will present itself eventually

Kim.dotcom played a role here in the New Zealand political arena, which he basically highlighted a spying agency here in Nz.
This was something the ex-priminister John Key avoided speaking about in an attempt to keep the matter quiet.
So Kim.com is recognised in New Zealand as a whistle-blower, and a recognised activist in New Zealand
Snowden confirmed the existence of the spying agency in New Zealand

So his actions are of note when it comes to acting patriotically, in whichever country he resides in

'the affect' has another meaning than the verb 'to affect' though. You can't just substitute the verb with the noun. In this case the correct substitute would be indeed 'the effect'.

I'd be incorrect for the first time, if I were. The noun 'affect' has nothing to do with political influence of any kind, that'd be the noun 'effect'. Like I said, you can not just substitute the verb 'affect' with the noun 'affect' if you want to nominalize it. What a petty argument.
