I enjoyed the stream last night, its clearly leading to some reveal tonight. I am betting its Alien related and Ed told us it will tie in with what they are talking about, will have to just wait and see.

I only really took part as I was a couple of planets away ;) I still think it would of been better doing this a month after ps4 release to at least give everyone a chance :(

My expectations for tonight are low as they've dragged this whole alien story out far too long 😡

i have only been following the alien story for last couple of months, but as much as i like how FDev have built up the suspense of the Unknown Aliens i have to go with you Mr Fad. they have seem to drag there heels with alien content, and also with no answers to who or what these aliens are (even though everyone is saying Thargoids) its only been the odd sighting or interdiction once in a blue moon that has been used.

i for one hope that we find out that they are not Thargoid's and are in fact a completely new species, as much as Thargoids are the go to bad guys of elite to find out they are the aliens bothering everyone would be a bit of an anticlimax. especially with all the hype surrounding them when they first appeared, so fingers crossed for an epic plot twist instead of a pile of thargoid dung

I just assumed it was being dragged out to include ps4 players which seems fair to me so it's odd we've had a big increase in activity two weeks before :( Unless of course tonight will be another tease of an announcement kind'a thing.

A quick look in the other forums show how much players have finally lost patience though!

Was good to see so many PS4 forumites in the stream's chat. Thankfully I got to help out even though the CG was completed really quickly

I could see by the speed the tiers were moving I wouldn't have time to go and find a wake scanner but thankfully you didn't need one for unknown ship scans :)

I went and listened to the Beacon from the stream that was still broadcasting at thirty min intervals then flew to maia and replotted a route back to the cg system in economical and got chain hyperdicted three times lol :)

I delivered about twelve then called it a night!

to be honest i think a lot of the pc/xbox1 crowd have been waiting for so long to either be friends or fight the aliens they are now very bored and want something new to do, and to quote FDev "we would like to tease you about an up and coming announcement about an announcement that someone in the forums predicted 1 and a half years ago."
