So this galaxy does belong to the Thargoids. We're merely intruding. That's rather rude of us. No wonder they're ticked off.

The decent thing to do is have a suicide party at Saggy A and jump in afterwards.

Uh, what? Activation chamber? I was just there ten hours ago and don’t even know what an “activation chamber” is, LOL!!!

Clearly some progress was made at the site while I slept last night…. :eek:

I was trying to watch the Canonn livestream but it was a complete mess. People shouting over each other, one guy demanded he get credit for figuring this out and wanted his name put on all the streams, plus the lack or a real scientific investigation. It was truly sad to see. I'll be poking around tonight once I get off work to do some real investigations.

Also for those of you actually interested in how the "puzzle" was "solved" from what i gather you need to

Take an unknown probe and an unknown artefact to the inside, go onto the ramp and wait till it glows and the hologram stops moving, the base will rumble. Drop just the UA on the UA ramp. Take your UP into the side tunnels and find the unknown link and pick one up. Take both pieces back to the ramp and Repeat the process for both (wait on ramp till the hologram stops and it glows and the base rumbles, then drop the item on the ramp). After the structure glows you scan the unknown link.

Yeah, that's pretty much typical of anything canonn related, one of the reasons I avoid them like the plague.

The puzzle itself was incredibly easy to solve.. heck there's even holograms of the item you need to put in each spot! The hardest part of the whole thing is waiting in orbit around an ammonia world for hours for a UP to spawn!

Do as I do: Let them sort it out(don't join Discord), then thank them and use any info they find,if you want to.
I too don't need all the egos.

Is that an Unknown Link, Unknown Probe and Unknown Artefact "Hooked up" to begin with, before dropping to the floor (and ostensibly able to be picked up?)

Or did you have to bring all three there?

Little they knew that activating it just sent a message throughout the galaxy to all the thargoid military bases, asking for help.

It does look like you have managed to turn on the equivalent of Thargoid lights, lets hope they don't have a smart meter installed!

and once the 3 are placed in the appropriate pedestal you can scan the center and that happens.

While I fully support Cannon's efforts, and share my own findings freely, I remain an independent researcher, and make efforts to avoid glory-seeking, as this can and often does, taint results.

Yeah there is a new unknown commoditie called the unknown link and it reacts in space with the other 2 items. There is also a new audio map that is currently being picked apart.
