New Canonn Website is Live

Hey folks, just a heads up that Canonn have launched our new website
We've imported all the important data from the old site and made it betterer:


  • New Codex - easily find info on all the things! We have a team of Boffins inputting data as it happens. It's packed full of useful info.
  • Lots of resources and tools to help with getting stuck in to the Elite: Dangerous mysteries and the Thargoid story progression
  • Up to date News and Media
  • A new, easier and clearer joining process to access our discord and private group server
  • And the whole thing is fully searchable

Special thanks from Canonn Council go to CMDR Timsk for the herculean task of putting this together, CMDR Lord Zoltan for the hosting and bits of technical wondrousness, our team of Boffins for the mammoth effort of filling up and maintaining the Information Codex - and Cmdr KrayKray for the fantastic animations.

The address is the same as the old one (with the exception of being secured - anyone hitting the http address is redirected)

Looks awesome. There is one odd cosmetic issue, though. When I enter my name and password, they become invisible once I leave the text field. It looks as if the text color matches the background, because if I select it, the text it still there (and the log in process works). It's just a bit odd.

But overall, the site looks excellent!

Thanks! Yes we'll get that looked into. Bound to be a few little issues

Excellent job! VERY IMPRESSIVE..

However... I found a bug in your interactive map...

This doesn't display properly on Safari for MacOS. (Just a black screen in the area where the map should be)

I tried it with Firefox and it works fine, but no go with the default Mac browser.

Using the latest version of MacOS X on a 2015 Macbook Pro Retina 15".
