Actually just letting me know it was xbox helped... looks like this is still happening but only on console.
We're working on getting the fix to those platforms as soon as possible.

A bit more detail would have been nice here. It leaves me hoping you've fixed the lack of planet surface missions since 2.3, even though it's probably a much bigger fix than the "tweaks and fixes" was probably intended to suggest. edit: Yeah, the bug isn't fixedVarious mission tweaks and fixes.
