Good list! Here is mine, most ideas are from last year, and some of it is reality now

But still, I would love the game even more if some of this list would happend in October.
First of all: I love this game so much.
It makes almost all things exactly the way, I am dreaming about since I was a child. Hodo you know, Frontier? Maybe because my brain is a product of a successful Inception in 1984.
Anyway: Thank you dear Frontier Team for this grand project!
So here are my hopes for the next years.
Clan mechanics
Pledge to Minor Factions. Maybe not only one but three.
Better System for your Friendlist and Grouplist
Opportunity for Clans to bring their Logo into the Game
Long running
Faction events, like building a giant Ship or upgrade a Station by delivering a huge amount of several Goods.
Graphics
More Color variations on rocky planets. Look at this
more rock size variations on planets an in rings
Aurora Borealis/Australis above planets
more star variations
Proper star clusters
Black holes like in Interstellar
more station variations (remember X3)
Ground traffic and crowd running around on stations (look at Planet Rollercoaster!OMG)
Fly by camera mode, because it´s cool
Improved damage model
Repair all, except paint
More badges, for completed CGs for example
Newsticker for prices and news on stations
Volcanos
Caves ( I know)
Comets and Meteorites
Fly into Gas giants, thin atmosphere and clouds
Liquid
DifferentHUD Colors profiles in game
Sell us more Paintjobs. Take our stupid money! TOSM!
Gameplay
Racing beacons for various ground and air races with championship ranking
Tank vehicles for ground fighting (PvP!)
Collecting DNA samples in ice rings and on ice planets.
Local nebula in Star Systems to look for special things, like Wrecks
Sellship wreck parts after transporting them with a tractor beam. Some modules and cargo could be still usable! Loot, loot loot
If you hit some enemy very, very hard, some pilots jump out of there ships in an escape pod (Just like you do), before you kill them. Collect him to sell him and his ship, or take some money from him and let him go. Or leave him and take his ship, or kill him anyway.
More obvious local differences, also with different cultures.
more shield variations
Ability to store a amount of cargo in your ship while it´s stored. I mean, why not?
Very, very expensive huge motherships with poor jump range, to store your cargo, modules and vehicles. You don´t want to fly it, but you have to protect it
Better connection with the arena mode. Just Jump to the various arena systems.
Firstperson only like in Freelancer. Jump into a bar to ask for missions, but not walk to it.
In game radio (lave, sidewinder or your music)
Shield management for your co-pilot
In game log, where I was, which mission I have screwed, which guy I killed....
Some commodities going bad after a while, you lose a ton every x-minute, some slowly damage your ship like the artefacts.
Toxic radiation in some areas, take your pills and have an eye on your modules.
Name your ship.
PVP murderers have to be hit harder.
Hire someone to transport your ship to a location, risk is yours.

Sell us save slots for different CMDRs. TOSM!

I would be happy to see SOME of this things realized in the next years.
Don´t get me wrong. I would love to see landing myself in I a variation of procedural city’s on a rainy day and have a walk with my Alien CMDR squid girlfriend for some spicy noodles. But I would be also amazed and happy to do these 15 years from now.
I am a little bit sad, because I hoped get more Information on Gamescom, but anyway. I hope I get a bit over there.
And at last, the secret game should be Valerian, but it is not.
