Ctrl-B

Did you know if you press ctrl-b in game it brings up some stats relating to your network connection?

Well. Mine does. Anyone know of any more little bits like this?

F 10 takes screen shot and ALT+F10 take high res screen shot (Alt+F10 only work in group/solo mode not while in open).

zebaoth should try ctrl-alt-del during combat with other players - it kills them instantly but it only works for zebaoth, nobody else.
i might have made that up.

Did you know if you enable Ctrl-B(and you play in open) by looking at the numbers you can tell if there is a new Cmdr(or 3) about to pop up in your vicinity(or instance) ?

I didn't - but that makes sense. How do you interpret the data? - just look for spikes?

For me <CNTL>F does this because my framerate drops markedly when there's another CMDR around. The <CNTL>H datarates jumps too.

Best way is to play in solo or open in an empty system, then compare. The difference is huge, like from 100s of bytes per second to suddenly 30k/s

While we are throwing shortcuts around. Here is one for the forum: Ctrl + W
It closes the current tab. Handy for pop ups. Not that FD uses them.
