And I do not say this lightly at all, but we are now at the point where I think that anyone who still actively supports and defends Trump are simply not good people. He has shown a disdain for even the most basic aspects of human decency. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about him at all that fits within any kind of organized, civilized society.

Based on everything we seen and experienced in there? You are right the Trump supporters in there completely amoral, and ready to do anything.
With their deeds which reflecting their idol's nature and deeds, ultimately they condemned themselves.

Edit; If i was a better but somewhat naive person whom belíved these fool? Now this is the time to leave, without losing face. You cannot simply stay in a group like this and pretend everything is allright, the company and the boss is normal, and good.

Not sure. I think he's more likely to get immunity in return for testifying. Strip away the presidency, the money, and the tough talk and we're dealing with an eccentric and somewhat damaged and confused elderly gentleman. We've all seen and heard pensioners like Trump waffling on about foreigners. We don't lock them up, we just wonder why we're paying their pensions. A Bond villain this man is not. I really doubt that he is the big fish in this case as public as this all is - the Russian operatives and any politicians who actively take cash/QPQs from them, and Trumps own sons and son-in-law are who they'll be after.

Of course Trump will have to either resign or be removed if all this turns into a ploppy-storm.

A lot of what Trump says doesn't hold water. A jury of his peers might have an insight into all these leaks. But I'm sure there's lots still to flood out, and I'm sure there are a lot of aides that have a lot of juicy info on Trump. They're bursting to let it all out but have been holding it back for a later time at their own convenience.

But Trump has made his own bed and now he has to sleep in it.

I was surprised to see that this Newsweek cover wasn't fake... it's genuinely the current cover! Wow...

The hard-working middle class who voted for him works about 6 days a week, 8-10 hours a day to make a living.
If you're less fortunate or not permanently employed , you run 2 part-time jobs, 25-30 hours each for about 8-11$ pay - no paid vacation, no social security.

That shot should go right where it hurts.
^^

But it won't. These are people who will eagerly cut off their nose to spite their face. Would desperately cling to a self created false reality than to admit that they were wrong. Blame anyone and anything rather than look at themselves and those around them. It is beyond the point of difference of opinion, or even being misled. This is willful denial, congnative dissonance at it's finest. A complete separation with reality.

And with AG Sessions announcement that they are going to crack down on the "leaks", well, I am anxious to see how that works out for them. The culture of disrespect, back stabbing, infighting is not even remotely conducive to stopping them. If anything, to take sentiment from Princess Leia...the more they tighten their grip, the more will slip through their fingers. Trump is not respected, things are being done now for no other purpose than to continue to needle him, to mock him, and he has brought it all on himself. He is not deserving of respect. And let's not forget...Trump repeatedly stated how much he loves wikileaks...Trump has found himself in a self created situation that is the epitome of, the very definition of the old adage...You reap what you sow.

The thing I don't get is that Trump just lies about things over and over again. Even really trivial things he definitely doesn't need to lie about. He contradicts himself at every turn. Surely if you're wondering "is this a good guy?" and concerned about things like right and wrong, these are signs of a poor character whatever you're politics happen to be.

For me, it sets a horrible precedent where it no longer matters if the President is honest. He no longer even needs to give the illusion of honesty. He can just be a lying scumbag and everybody keeps saluting and saying how great it is.

Surely his supporters must ponder the morality of all this.

However, they knew that they were voting for a multi billionaire

"It was the biggest nuclear attack ever. Bigger than Hiroshima. Bigger than Nagasaki. I've spoken to people, the best people, and they say, it was huge and have you seen that one thing where she like I dunno I am not saying but some say and hamburgers are really great I think. But that is just me."

Woe,is that a true trumpism ?I remember him telling y'all not to worry about korean missiles because it was never gonna happe, folks,

Yeah, but some had convinced themselves he was an 'outsider' billionaire who cared about the common folks and would create jobs for Americans. Even though literally nothing in his life hints at that. The opposite in fact. People need to believe in something, and some picked trump. There is a reason why the more stupid evangelical Christians massively support him. Supporting Trump requires the ability to shut down and form of rational thought and replace it with faith.

Part time employees still pay in and are eligible for social security. You only need to to earn $1300 a year in 2017 to earn a social security credit.
