An other cool thing would be the ability to create your own "raider" ship with all those thing having a purpose.
Extra, external fuel tank. Additional sensors if the utility slots are full with other stuff. Increased fuel scoop speed with additional, external intakes. Extra external cargo racks.
Versions that look bolted on from random spare parts or carefully manufactured by specialists.
There could be so much cool things…

Looks like it doesn't have an iron girder partially obscuring the front view, unlike on the Python.

Shepard Book said they was men who went to the Formadine Rift, say a vastie nothingness, and just went bibbledy over it.
Yeah I'm still waiting for this much-needed fix before I'll purchase any ship kits. They look neat though.
