Good morning! Oh, I'm gonna do a quick and relaxing data delivery mission before heading out. Dude! (Didn't take, nor need the coffee afterwards anymore).
Double U Tee actual Effe :D Why do we always exit suprecruise 8+ km away from the stations but NPCs manage to exit at less than 2KM away? Is this a bug?

i went from about 8/10 expresso/capuccino to about 2l tea a day, found out coffee is not really necessary!

Lived on the stuff during my tenure in the Marine Corps. And while I have dropped down from my 30 cup a day craziness back then, I still can drink a 12-cup pot to 'get myself started' on most days. :)

ROFLMAO sorry cmdrs, I should have titled it better! What happened in the video was my coffee this morning. FD should teach their dogs some manners :D

I know, I know...believe me. Just like I was, during that half-hassed combat session ;)
But in all seriousness, is this a bug that should be reported or is it normal to have NPCs spawn less than 2KM from the station, right in front of you? I'm glad I didn't have any liquids lying around on my desk when that happened.

I get that all the time. It occurs when I am being pursued and interdicted. Sometimes, just for giggles. I stop just short of entering a station. Before the Iast build, they would sometimes engage me and the station and police start shooting at them right away. Its somewhat gratifying to see them go boom. Sometimes I hear then go boom after I have entered the station. I dont usually see them again after that. lol I dont know if its a bug or not. I suspect not because NPC's have the power to do things we simply cant do. I havent seen any engage me since this build was released. I really miss the satisfaction of those booms. lol

It has something to do with pursuits. For some reason when they drop in on your wake it sends them right on top or in front of you. I've had NPCs nearly drop inside of stations because of this. It should probably be looked at and since you have a video you might have a good bug report to file.

Reminds me of the boy racers that drive around my town. They overtake me while approaching a red light then hit their brakes.

Yes, it's normal. I think the reason that they drop where they do is that they actually drop on your wake, not at the station.
