Poll / Question : over your CMDR's Career, what's your income per hour?

To be honest, if you want remotely accurate numbers you need to insist that people at least check total assets and playtime in their stats and then post specifics, not just guess or head-calc approximates. There are so many round numbers in that OP it becomes hard to take seriously as a sample.

Current Assets: 2,141,493,112
Approximate Time Played: 4w 18h

2,141,493,112 Cr / 690 hrs = 3,103,613 Cr/hr

And what does 3103613 bring to the discussion that 3.1m wouldn't?

From the in game stats panel:
Time played 5W 1D 13H = 205 Hours ?
Total Assets: 1,209,384,304
=
5,899,435 cr and hour ? really ?

I'm sure my math is off somewhere - certainly doesn't feel like I make that much.
I did do the guardians mission a couple of times ( 201M - and once again after the nurffed the payout down to 110M )

Your hours calc is wrong. There are 168 hours in a week.

Well, 3009 hours of playtime and count the uninsured ships lost plus current assets roughly 7 billion total, That equates nearly 2.33 million per hour. Interesting way to look at it.

Background of my CMDR : Started playing a couple months before DW1 (That was a major impulse for me to get the game). I've played 544 hours: exploring, doing missions, and bounty hunting mostly.

My CMDR's average income/hr over the entire Career : 1,009,782 cr/hr

Going on memory of current stats, plus my prior save which I reset:

Started playing in v1.2, played about 1,700 hours, around 1.4 billion credits.

Approximately 823,529 credits per hour.

Worth mentioning that I loads of play which pay me nothing. Just out driving in the SRV, exploring some canyons or mountains, out doing things like hunting INRA, Thargoids, Generation Ships, Guardians, and stuff which pays me zero credits. But doing these things is more fun that credits for me, so I'm pleased.

Reasonable certainty (short of screenshots) that a commander had actually checked? Lot's of people posting here and getting quoted in OP have guessed by their own admission, on top of which a few more have some math problems in their replies and so on. By putting in the numbers the game actually supplies you there is a consistency of input. Less mistakes, more reliable and thus interesting results?

An understandable concern, but I intentionally didn't want any such specifics.

i.e. neither people who clocked alot of hours (*cough* like me) nor those who may "follow the Credits" were meant to highlight themselves ;) , simply in order to avoid any flashback/off-topic discussions around such Screenshot-proven Stats.

It's also not meant to be a "definite answer" to the Credits/Income question, merely a "look around" to see how things look with emphasis over our entire Careers.

I think the rough image is already building up to see, no need even to bother statistical analysis tools (it's not a scientifically accurate poll by any means anyway).

17.125Bcr is my net worth. Lost quite a bit doing donation missions and some selling hulls, only 32Mcr in rebuys, 14Mcr on repairs, 6.1Mcr on ammo. I've also paid my NPC crew about 1.481Bcr.

2,326hrs in the game according to my right panel.

7.3Mcr per hour if you don't count my NPC's credits. 8Mcr per hour if you include the NPC's credits.

I play as much of the game as I can, I rarely grind credits, but I do like money.

I really don't chase credits at all. Been in since release in December 2014 and currently worth a measly 203,295,026Cr total assets.

In game time is 2W 5D 1H 40mins which works out at 457.667 hours, I really don't have the time to play that you guys have that's for sure!!

Anyway the calc's say 444,199cr/hr. Not massive but as I said I don't chase credits either. I just bum around doing whatever takes my fancy. Have never done the grind for anything in the game yet!

Playing since 2015.sept.9. with a few longer breaks.
Played 8w 2d 0h 16 min (1392h)
Current assets 1.759.573.589 cr (more than half of it came from exploration payout after 2.4 (i skipped 2.3))

1.264.061 cr/h

593 hours, 693878083 assets, 1,170,114 per hour. Surprised its so high compared to others, might be because all my playtime has been pretty recent.

I'd have another 100,000,000+ without a little accident on the way back from a big old exploration trip.

3 years on pc, 1 year on xbone.

45 million per hour consistently on both. 3 billion assets on both and rising.

For all the space communists out there, I never did Quince. All from trade, smuggling, CGs, combat, passenger runs. Don't do mining, can't stand it.

Hm, I take it you don't have 26280 + 8760 hours clocked into the Game ;)
(I need Total Assets divided by total hours in-game Stats per CMDR to use the Data; I assume you're running 2 separate CMDRs on PC and XBOX)
