Ok I’ve ran into a second problem now. EVA had a small update and now when I try to log in, the app crashes BUT it remains active in the background! This is on ios11. Ive tried deleting the app installing again and I’ve turned my device off and on. This did not help.

So again. I’m a bit disappointed with the app at the moment

keeps crashing

hi i just got me a iphone 7 and reinstalled the EVA app but when i do my username and password it says welcome then shuts down any one else having the same trouble

Can you clarify a bit for me? Is it crashing i.e. the entire display disappears and returns you to the iOS app launcher screen, or does it stay visible but you can't do anything with it? I know about a problem where it can seem to hang for a while, maybe several minutes, the first time it's run after a long time. If that's the case then the quick answer is to just leave it for a while and it shouldn't happen again.

I know this happens but I've rarely been able to reproduce it myself which makes it difficult to fix. I'll be giving it another go over the next day or two and will include any fixes in the next release.

I'm getting crash reports in a couple of places - these will be fixed today and a new build uploaded.

Um.. Not working?

[where is it] Where is this working assistant? He keeps stopping.

Downloaded for the iPad Pro and has the latest update from Apple OS 11.02 I think. Installs, I do authentification, and then log in. Yesterday, (when I got it) it started up and I was able to go through but I was in the game and got some NPC doing some bounty hunter stuff of wanting my cargo. So, I go back to the APP and it wants me to relog in and it crashed. So, I go to start it back up again and it gets as fars as a "Welcom" (left off the "e" because that is what it kind of sounded like). I decided to uninstall. Today, I reinstalled and only got to reauthenticate and login to have it crash on the "Welcom". So, thought I would post first that it's not working (for me) first and then go read any previously written comments recently.

im also running on ios11 and mine says welcome and then closes right down

Hi, I’m new to the forums and am also having troubles with the app.

Downloaded database, authenticated, then when I logged in I got the “welcome, commander” voice, but it showed this screen. I’ve downloaded the app twice now and always get stuck here.

I’ve attached a pic to show what the error is, hope that helps (and it shows up!)

Have you tried to change your passwort in the store?

As soon as I try to login from my Ipad pro it says username or password incorrect, yet that's the combo which gets me into the game , and everything related. Please help ...

Am I missing something? I’ve logged in, connected, managed to get system and station downloads, but although it says it completed the price downloads nothing comes down and I can’t see anything pricing. The download for prices tells me zero prices are downloaded. And yes I’m doing them in the stated order. ;-)

Trade Route Search Bugged

Hey, I'm having a weird problem with the trade tool.
Simple LIST works for me, but when I hit ROUTE, the search radius always drops to "30" and I can't enter any other number, it always changes back to 30. And it'll show no results, when I hit the reload button.

Running on iOs 11.1, iPhone 8+

authentication

this just is not happening. been asked for the authentication code to complete log in . but i am not receiving one at all. i waited 2 hours and still no e mail.
the eva version is 1.0.6525 .

Issue reporting

Hi

Maybe it's a stupid problem, I have to report though!

I'm using the EVA [iPhone] 1.0.6525 version.

I launched the application, entered authentication and password.
The application told me that as a Xbox user, I just could use it as a trade computer. It's okay.

The screen stays on authentication page, can someone tell me how to access the application ?

I received the authentication code from Frontier, and downloaded the database as I was asked.

Hello! On my iPad Pro, as soon as I launch the app, it seems to auto crash. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, rebooting the iPad, etc. None of that has seemed to help. The iPad Pro is running iOS 11.2.2. Any thoughts!? For what it’s worth, I recall it working a couple weeks ago, prior to the 11.2.2 iOS update.
