How to find chemical manipulators now?

I have just been to Dav's Hope, took me 5 mins to get there. I took a screenshot with the game in windowed mode so you can see today's date and time in the top left corner.

Official: Dav's Hope has not been nerfed.

The only thing I can think of is that you looked around in your Ship and not an SRV.. The goodies don't appear unless you're in an SRV

People really do need to stop sending other people to davs hope. The naphtha tanker is closer and more convenient, and SEEMS to me to have better spawn rates as well.

Davs has been nerfed by the way people, in 2.4.03 it stopped being farmable for CIF (data point that never reset, now resets).

Well, CIF I never knew about because I didn't really start playing until after 2.4. My main point though was that materials, notably chem manipulators definitely are available at Dav's. I've never been to the Naptha tanker, though I believe it jumps from system to system and needs a bit of finding. I like Dav's because I always know where it is and it's only 5 minutes away from where I "live" (180 LY trip with 25 LY jumps and a fuel scoop ).

and crap, I just gave up the Alliances go-to spot. Better than flying out to Dav's Hope IMO.

That is totally wrong, misinformation, fake news as they say. Dav's Hope is as productive as ever, you are seriously misguided.

Dav's hope is still good. I just didn't find any chemical manipulators there. My second relog at the tanker got 6 manipulators and one distillery. Ships jump alot from the tanker so you can even scan wakes there. Why I enjoy the tanker more.

And if you need chemical processors this place is heaven. Every sinle relog lot's of them.

Because of the view. :D

Coming from a kid who probably hasn't been out there in months. Let me guess, your best friends cousin's neighbor was just there last night? If someone wants to waste a trip out there, be my guest, but many of us have been out there since 2.4 and there's nothing there. Deal with it.

I scoured the area in my SRV, TWICE. If someone wants to waste there time to go out there, be my guest. But those of us on PS4 found jack squat.

Yes, it can be monotonous, but you've got to have patience. I've been twice this week and picked up some. First time, I got a little aggravated when I didn't find squat. I tried logging in and out, switching from open to solo to private, but no CM's. I finally tried logging out of the game completely and ended up finding some. The second time I went, which was last night, they got stubborn as well, but I just logged out and back in a few times. I ended up leaving with about 7 of them.

Yes, its a grind and it sux, but what ya gonna do if you want that G5 mod? Good Luck Cmdrs o7

Hey, so far weighted down with srv, fighter and weapons, I have my T-10 pushing 27 ly jumps...Still a work in progress.

Then File a bug report. If it's only PS4 users ( and ALL PS4 users ) that can't see mats there then you can't say it's been nerfed or that it plain doesn't have materials. You can only say that you can't find materials there on your system. I can find materials there just fine on a PC. I had no idea you were on a PS4.

I'm on PS4 and at Dav's right now.
Mats are here as usual for me.

I really appreciate having many decades subtracted from my age, thank you. However, here is a screenie of my EDDiscovery showing the last visits I made:

So, as you can see - 18th (new "clear save" commander first visit) and 26th - extra CMs for G5FSD jump, 6 relogs and left with over 33 CMs.

You will find that adopting an "ad hominem", insulting response as you have done is not conducive to being well received and is more likely to have you viewed as "a kid".

I've been to Dav's Hope several times in the past, yet for the most recent visit it ..... would ....not .... spawn .... CMs [knocked out] Despite multiple re-logs .... even going away, coming back ... odd really.

So I did the Youtube method previously posted and was fine.
