I'm noticing people have a lot of hours in this game. Makes my 720 look like nothing.

I sold a few ships before I decided to become a ship collector. I'm at 14 right now. I have cash for a few more but I don't want to spend the money. Not until I finish grinding the Feds and buy a Vette. I've already finished the Imperial grind...well no point going past Duke anyway.

Credits per hour: 2.9mil.....seems pretty reasonable compared to what others are posting. And I've never been to Smeaton. Never seen Smeaton. Don't even know where Smeaton is.

To be fair my average would be higher in my first thousand hours too. Picture yourself in another thousand hours, having achieved all your goals. You'd probably relax, slow down a bit & have some fun too, right? ;)

In a sense yes, but also to satisfy my curiosity about the whole "how much is enough?" questions that were rampant at that time. IMHO it still provided a useful insight.

Maybe those with an interest will see trends a few month apart. I had a quick look at the the thread and the numbers appeared to be lower. For me it was just a pique of interest as there is no official stats function offered so far. I am more amazed by the amount of time people invest in this game, 33 real weeks staring at a screen displaying one game !

These youngsters,, cash seems to easy these days. Back when i was a lad, we had to explore whole regions for a few million.
Although i have 31 ships, i think,, maybe more. enough cash for my needs , i guess i dont chase the credits, the other things in game i find far more valuable than cash.

170 mil ready cash
5666 hours played. (33 weeks 5 days 2 hours 25 mins)

Approx - 650k per hour

When I finally passed the 1B cash mark almost I stopped caring about the money and that's when I felt the game really opened up for me.
