+1 please dim internal lights , it will make big improvement in vr.
Dear Frontier, is there any chance on getting some feedback on this feature request?
Many thanks in advance.
Haven't seen any movement or announcements by Dev. Just checking in.
lol at Cavindar's post
I see that. Has anyone seen this in beta yet? The beta is over right? Did anyone get a chance to see what they mean by, "adjusted pilot illumination?????" I was really hoping to have a light "switch" so I could go back to having my dark cockpit like we had prior to 2.3. Not sure what Adjusted means.Check the beta 3.0 patch notes.
Pretty sure I saw something about changing the VR to make the overhead lights less distracting.

Did you happen to get a screenshot of the new pilot seat lighting?I found the change subtle at best, almost unnoticeable in most situations.
This is still hugely annoying.

it's not only in VR that the lights are annoying and distracting, In 2D and VR the Vulture's two canopy lights steal the focus of the Comms and Info displays, why should I have to ignore looking at a panel or area of the cockpit because of poor cockpit lighting design, and then there's the distraction of the lights during combat.I do not have VR but I can understand the urgent need if it spoils the VR.
