HP showed that you can easily kite the ATR to kill them...
I hope they also ask you to exit frameshift before interdicting, and then kill you
Or sometimes they interdict commanders just to check on ppl, maby if you have wanted crew they pull you over scan and inform you about commander X! If you flee they kill your drive them tell you
*or asking commanders with wanted ships if they have seen it in the system, just a harass them a little.

I don't doubt that you'll be able to game the game against ATR in the final release, but I am still looking forward to seeing if they have improved. Also looking forward to seeing you post some bug reports on ATR if they suck, rather than just posting "me, me, me" videos of themBut stupid AI... DOA
