I'm probably going to end up painting my Chieftain in Tactical Grey or Vibrant Yellow. Some of the Military colors look good though. But probably Vibrant Yellow. Or Grey. Or Yellow...

I go Yellow though, then I need to buy vibrant skins for my T-6 and T-7, and probably my Vulture too.

Unless I go Tactical, then I need a Tactical skin for my T-10. And my Taipans. And my Keelback.

Ease my unknowing worry, FD! Release those Chieftain paints early, and release them often!

/I also want to pout a bit about the scarcity of non-solid color skins across all ships, and the fact that when they do exist, they often (with a few exceptions that I'm very grateful for) don't match what's available for other ships. I don't need the same paintjob on everything, but I like being able to have a consistent theme. Which means I almost always end up going with the same. :(

I have the original Black Friday bunch, from when we got them all for free, and I honestly never understood people's preference for it over Tactical Grey. The total uniformity of Black Friday is just boring to me, Tactical Grey preserves the details and feel of the ship's model so much better. :)

I haven’t decided what color I’ll choose. I tend to favor military marine blue, but I don’t know if I’ll pick that again.

The Alliance Chieftain must be released with a 'Raider' Kit w/ the appropriate Paint jobs. This is nonnegotiable.

The Python is probably the best example of that. The Black Friday paint is fine on the ship but the tactical graphite looks better because the two-tone grey really brings out the model's lines. Same with the Courier.

Personally I think there’s nothing better than Black Friday black on my Courier:

If there are any on launch, it will probably be the standard three - though with the metallics on sale again, there might also be a Chromed or Golden skin as well.

I must say, that I dislike the asymmetrical stripe, but it is good to have some things that are different, so I'll deal with it. Midnight with a silver stripe would lead to complete forgiveness, just saying.

My opinion is heavily biased, for sure, but there really isn't anything better looking in the game than the Gutamaya Girls in the Midnight paint.
