Horizons server is dead?

Was at Dav's and got disconnected, now I can't log into the game at all unless its non-Horizons. What gives FDev?

I'm not even on the planet, just in orbit above, Horizons will not connect to the server.

Must be isolated... I was on through this entire time period. No issues. (Solo Mode)

Having troubles as well. First chance to play all week and I can't even get the launcher up saying it can't sync time with server.

I can't log in at all. I get the message "Failed to synchronize with the server. The application will now exit."
