Links to the same post, in which no FDev employee stated they "specifically state they won't post anything on the forums." You made a very specific claim, and no evidence based on actual statements by FDev. Not to mention, the livestream itself doesn't look like anything even remotely related to game news, though it should make for an interesting view, so I guess I'll thank you for that link.

Those time servers are a part of the internet's core. They are also used by just about everyone- including the militaries of most of the world.
To breach them is virtually an act of war.
Overheard at this morning's FDev staff meeting...
"So yeah, the new server code is looking pretty good! Just need to stress test it before we put it on live. Anyone got any ideas?"

Dav's is having issues. I was there and experienced the same thing. Had to go to non horizons and leave the area. I could go back, but trying to land caused the same problem. So log into non horizons (if you can) and leave, then swap back to horizons and continue (just not to Dav's).
Don't you mean nist.time.gov?
