Wait wait... is that comms panel UI bug not fixed? Or just not listed?

Absolutely, some more information FD?

This bug is why I haven't played in over 2 weeks, am I going to have to wait longer for this game breaking bug to be fixed?

Also wondering about the Chieften interdiction circle being too low, thats not listed either, fixed?

* KWS changes are in, awesome, superpower bounties are in and power bounties are clarified as something you can't get rid of actually - that will create some salt, but I like reasoning;
* Mission fixes, it means skimmer and mining missions coming back. nice;
* Lot of small fixes hinted before;

Overall welcome back missions, nice to see mission rebalances for bulk passenger missions and wing missions. Thanks guys!

Will, please check if the BROKEN COMMS is part of this fix. Surely this should prioritise any of the other UI fixes? Can't chat to friend, invite to wing, nav lock, accept inbox missions etc. etc. etc.

Are Mining missions back? No mention in notes, under Missions heading.

Great job team! Pizza all round! (or square, if you like)

EDIT ooops! I guess this is it?

  • Fixed some missions offering the requested cargo as a reward after handing it over

If this is not in, this is another entirely disappointing update. This bug was just introduced in the last update, 3.0.2, should be easy enough to fix, and important enough as well...

Outfitting of ‘Hot’ Ships
We’re changing the crime system when it comes to ‘hot’ ships.
The reason for this is that the system of cleaning ‘hot’ modules in storage was creating an unfair punishment, where commanders were removing modules from ‘hot’ ships that only had small bounties on them and then discovered that the cost for cleaning ‘hot’ modules was dramatically more expensive!

From 3.0.3 you will no longer be able to access outfitting at any port whilst in a ‘hot’ ship, thus you will not be able to make any load-out changes. You’re required to first clean the ship by paying off fines and bounties issued against it. Outfitting services will then be restored.

Is this smart? The Idea to have a "Pirate ship" is totally over board if you have to clean the ship to outfit it even in anarchy systems.

Fantastic !

  • Attacking Wanted ships (player or NPC) is now legal even if the player does not know they are Wanted

This one will come in very handy for the RES sites when you know - and they know you know - but you still fire just that little too early..

Finally i can remove damn power bounties lol but yeah as "Erich Zann" pointed out are the coms bugs addressed or still working on that?

Great work FD :)

won't this mean that a Commander, in a hot ship and who doesn't already have a fuel scoop equipped, will now be MORE likely to become stuck with no way of leaving their current system?

It means you first have to pay the fines to clean your ship before being able to access outfitting.

Thanks Will and teams. Looking forward to seeing a more stable game play rather than what happened before the servers were shut down to apply the patch. Matchmaker Server crashes were giving me a shed load of grief.

I would still love to see this new Bounty system be a little easier to "Wipe Clean"
For example, Having a notoriety of 1 shouldn't be such a pain in the booty :| Nor should Notoriety 2 or 3. See, I went to an Interstellar factor place after searching around for far, far too long to try and clean my Vette.
This guy said "Oh I can't be seen with such a 'High profile' person, come back later"
High profile, with a Notoriety of 1.

Yes, I. The Dastardly Pirate lord who accidentally rammed into a Shield-less Eagle cop in a High-res zone, blowing him to bits.
My name, feared throughout the land.

So, About 2 hours of real-time idling later, my 1 changed to a zero and I scrubbed my ship clean.
This should really change.
If someone's Notoriety is 1-5, It should be able to be washed away instantly and paid off in full, But above 5, and Clearly that person is doing bad things on purpose, and punishment should be harsher.

Unfortunately I see no mention of the blue-screen crash happening with 100% frequency on PS4 whenever more than 2 people land on a planet in the same instance... (a bug introduced in 3.0).
