I hope this is a release date for all regions. I know sometimes video games tend to get released at different times in all regions. I am an American and I hope we don't get a later release date. Even if we did I can't imagine it being that much later. Like Japan will get certain games before we do and sometimes even Europe will get games before people in the US will. These release times differ in various lengths. Some times it's just a few days and others it's a few weeks.

Yeeaaahh...the article is way more fishy than the leak in my opinion. Why do I say that? They announced it for the 29th, NOT the 31st! And even if they did, I’m pretty sure it would turn out to be some April Fool’s prank. Because let’s be quite honest, it is true that they need to reveal some gamplay, and if it turned out to be an early April Fool’s prank...they would have a loooot of angry people on their doorstep. Frontier isn’t out to make a bunch of fans angry.
The article is garbage. Whoever typed it up has no clue what they are talking about. Frontier has always said June/Summer 2018. June the 12th would actually make it Spring 2018 but most people consider June to be summer I believe. June 12th was confirmed by a picture taken from the JWE event held at Universal in California.
As for the big gameplay reveal on March 29th which is just 3 days away now, that has been confirmed by reliable Youtubers. It's just a shame that Frontier hasn't released anything themselves yet. Maybe they will do something next week before the big 29th reveal, they only have 3 days to do it.
I really hope Frontier releases info before the 29th. IGN confirmed the 12th too, so I have no idea where this person got the info unless it's just a troll. It'd be ridiculous if they let YouTubers reveal gameplay for their own game first.
I definitely agree to the youtuber point. I so believed that they were going to release a trailer before the youtubers got close, but then they tweeted that they were revealing their own gameplay trailer the SAME DAY THAT YOUTUBERS WOULD BE POSTING! By the looks of it, it seems that Bestinslot might beat Frontier, unless they decide to post the trailer before 9am EST on Thursday.
I think it was just a garbage click bait article. JWE has to be one of the biggest games coming out in 2018 so a lot of people will want to ride on it's popularity and use it as source for traffic to their site, blog or article.
Frontier can't get any better advertisement than Youtubers like BestInSlot and TheGamingBeaver. I know there are others but I am only subscribed to those two cause I am sure they will be doing a lot of JWE content. BestInSlot has over 700,000 subscribers and TheGamingBeaver has over a million so having them do a game reveal would reach a lot of potential buyers.
doesn't really matter who posts gameplay first tbh. I'll watch the BIS video, and TGB video and Frontiers video. I'll watch the youtubers videos to get their thoughts and opinions and the frontier stuff cos no doubt it'll be dressed up all fancy

I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. Bestinslot only has 481k subscribers (according to youtube). And, not everyone is subscribed to BiS or TGB, so if Frontier theoretically decided to let those two do all of the advertising, a lot of the more mainstream audience wouldn't be seeing much of the game. (Let's be honest here, most of the people subscribed to those two are dinosaur fans...and the dinosaur gaming community really isn't the biggest out there).
And honestly, I feel like those subscribed to BiS and TGB are ALREADY going to buy JWE (or already know about it at least), so it isn't like they will be reaching many new people. Of course this is why it is very good that a few more mainstream youtubers were at the event, especially those that I was surprised to see going myself. The mainstream youtubers will most likely be the ones convincing new people into buying JWE. Especially IGN, whether you llike them or not. Because a lot of their audience aren't heavily into the dinosaur community, they might be ignorant of JWE's existence. So, new JWE content on THEIR channel will probably do a lot more in bringing new people to the JWE community than BiS and TGB, who have been doing JWE content from...basically the start.
I'm not trying to say that BiS and TGB are useless. I'm actually glad that BiS was noticed by Frontier, but I personally think that the mainstream youtubers will bring the attention that JWE needs in these final months before release.
Well I never said they should be the only ones or that Frontier should only do advertisement through. So BIS has a little less than half a million subscribers and TGB has 1.6 million. That's still a lot of people that will see the game. Plus all the other Youtubers that were there. Frontier would be stupid to limit themselves to just two people in the YouTube gaming world.
As for IGN I don't rely on IGN at all. I mostly stick to Youtubers for video game reviews and news. Of course if something comes up in a google search result and it's IGN with news on the game I will read it.
This game will have mass appeal, not just for Dinosaur fans but for people interested in Tycoon style games. People who who like Zoo Tycoon games, business simulators, people who want to micromanage. Yes the Dinosaurs and the JP theme are the real stars of the show. But there is more to it than that. I believe the game will have stronger business management features than JPOG did.

I will pretty much watch anyone's videos on JWE. BIS and TGB is just the two channels I found when searching the game on Youtube. I just want to see and hear as much as I can about the game. I figured BIS and TGB would be reliable sources of JWE videos, especially after the game is released.
