Hopes and Worries for JWE

Hey guys! With the days counting down for JWE I made this thread to let us talk about what we're most excited/hoping for and what we're worried about. As we get closer and closer to the release date more and more info will be released. What are you all hoping for or worried about?

I'm worried about the lack of sleep I'm going to be having. [haha][haha]

Well it looks like the Dino's need to eat, i hope the rest of the functions work also, could be a real boon for the sound department, and would provide a high paying cleaner type job to keep the grounds neat and tidy :)

Driving in those bubble vehicles would be really cool, i wonder if they can operate in water or under water.

I do get worried that they won't have a Site B mode or some kind of free/sand box mode in the game. I hope we do get to use some JP stuff in the game like the visitor center and so on. I am not a big fan of the JW designs of buildings and the park.

Nothing from the Dev team, apart from it being released to tie in with the release of the film, which will be on 22 June 2018.

Other than all the stuff I hope and would like to see in the game one other thing I would really like to see is a physical release of the game for the PC. The PC doesn't get physical releases often and this is a game I would love to have a physical release of. Make it a special edition but not with some kind of cheesy plastic junk. Put the game in a nice well designed cool looking box and include a book with artwork and how the game was made. I would be interested in seeing that. I would also buy it as well as a Steam version. I know the consoles will get a physical copy release of the game and probably even a special edition. But I don't own any current gen consoles.

My biggest worry, lack of creative control, apparently the building will all be pre made which will drastically limit creativity.
PC version of the game will require steam, the only reason I haven't brough planet coaster is because steam is a requirement.

I hope there plenty of dinosaurs, lots of creative options with those as well that goes beyond simple aesthetics.
I hope their veterinarian bills you have to pay. That you have to choose between keeping a dinosaur alive by artificial means or put it asleep
I hope some dinosaurs are genetically unviable and we have to watch them slowly grow weaker and die.

I am sure Frontier will put in as much customization as they can. Though keep in mind that this isn't a PC exclusive game and that means there will be some simplification for the consoles. This will effect all aspects of the game. Unless they have features in the PC version that don't appear in the console versions. I would like that but it might be too much work on them dev team. I suspect we will all get a console version of the game but instead we will be playing it on our PC's and have better graphics and maybe mods. It's sad that PC's no longer get many exclusives but I would like to see developers of all games that get ported to PC give us extra features that the consoles can't handle well for whatever reason. Why punish PC players cause people decide to play on consoles?

I just hope the simplification isn't really severe.

I hope the dinosaurs in my park will eat the visitors. :D

This is a JW game, that aspect doesn’t even need to be shown to be 100% confirmed.

But...I’m hoping that the spinosaurids (Bary, Sucho-if added-, and Spino) will be able to fish in rivers. I know it is a stretch, but I would love to see them be able to have a bit more variety in their diets...other than the occasional human treat every once in a while.

Also hoping to see boat and river tours. I would love to have an expansive herbivore exhibitwith a river going all around it, allowing the visitors to get up close to the dinosaurs.

i wouldn't be too sad if custom buildings aren't a thing - only if a complete set of buildings from all 4 films are available to place.

Also I second the river ride exhibit. It's why I kind of want some sort of cross between JWE and PC, so that JWE can include track rides for the JP jeep safari and the riverboat ride (maybe akin to the IoA JP ride)

I would really like some first-person attraction action.

Do I believe it's likely? No. But Frontier's Planet Coaster shows just how much they can achieve with this type of game, so it is a possibility!
