[Quantis Trap]

When the forum is slow like (I perceive that) it is now, it allows the more positive threads to not get burried as fast as they do when the forum is more crowded.

The positive threads have always been around, but they seldom enjoy a spot of the first page for more than a few seconds when everyone is bumping the troll threads.

It would be nice if Frontier could find a way to allow the positive thread some more exposure. I'm not sure what that way might be, but it would be nice.

It's supposed to be slow. Too many people want their fora to be fast, instant win, right now. That's not the way the experience should be. Fora used to load up even slower on my 14.4k modem. Now you have broadband that gives everyone what they want right now. They need to go back to the way it was, the way we had to earn our entertainment.

I wanted to use baud, but then I figured I would lose half of the audience. I'm sure plenty of members wouldn't know what 14.4k was anyway. I miss the days of the Commodore 64, 300 baud modems, and hours spent writing my own BASIC programs, only to find out I made a syntax error in line 173.
