This game Needs...

1) Saved Routes (ie: point A to point B, where you can just select return trip quickly without searching through bookmarks and replotting)
2) Collaboration between FDev & supporting sites (ie: eddb, inara, etc)
3) CMDR finder to search for wingmates looking to play similar gameplay (not dissimilar from the Multi-Crew thingy); if griefers use it to grief ppl... welcome to life...
4) design limited time gold rushes, rather than just sprawling about willy nilly, nerf bashing & rebuffs & data scrambles
5) equilibrium... aka similar earnings for different styles of gameplay (Explorers get CRAP, Traders get BANK**, Fighters barely break even, Pirates do OK)

please avoid trolling with Space Legs... but discuss Plausable useful things to Better the game... not just stuff you think would be NEAT

A purchasable 'Creation Kit/Workbench/Toolbox....whatever' for community created input,(via a vetting system) and a thousand different things* to find on planets (rocks don't count) ancient (and unknown) walls, holes, cleared areas, partial structures anything! just keep it a mystery.

* Community created.
There are tons of talented gals and guys out there that could make stuff that could make planetside MORE interesting.

Sorry, I didn't realise I had to abide by economic constraints, however even if it cost £60 I'm more than sure ED will sell a ton of them as for the space? that ain't my problem... it would be if my name were David Braben!

I like this, as one might be able to use the CG mechanics for it

Temporary High Demands for certain goods

Maybe have a system have special RES that spawn high % of all the high value mining commodities but only for 2 weeks, even a selection of new commodities that only appear in these rush.

So there is a Galnet article saying a mineral rich part of a Ring has been discovered

And a New RES is spawned in that system only that one can find asteroids with Painite, Jadeite, Moissanite , Opal , Spessartine, Corundum & Grossular

And give these very high value at Service and Tourism Economies

Yeah, really.

I can do this all night, honestly.

See here's the thing - different people play the game in different ways and consequently they have different wants (not needs). That means there's no objective 'must have' features, just a lot of subjective opinions.

In my subjective opinion your suggestions are nice, but not critical.
'Neat', in other words.
