I just watched this for the first time.

Literally the best TV show ever.

Its responsible for making super hero movies a bit of a joke and camp.

Still it had the best cat women.

This is what is known in TV land as 'Jumping the shark'

+1 for the Adam West Batman here as well. The show is packed with big movie stars just going on the show to ham it up.

Little before my time but great 60s cheese. I'd like to get my hands on the Batman 66 pinball Stern made a couple years ago.

I used to have a toy Batmobile, with red plastic flames shooting in and out of the tailpipe when the wheels turned, and yellow plastic missiles I could fire out of the missile launcher.

Yes it was also the time of the Amiga 500

:D

Not quite Patrick [big grin], but there is no doubt in my mind that the Amiga would have been cool enough to exist in the 60s, in fact it should have been! ;)
Come to think about it, if it had been, just imagine how good computers would be now! Just imagine how good the games could be now!
Now I am depressed and want to live in an alternate universe.

Oh! One more thing, looking at the 60s Batman villains picture there, would FD consider perhaps making costumes like them for our Commandeers in Elite? I think they would be popular indeed! ;)

I had the biggest crush on Adam West.
When I was seven.

I also had the purple LP record the cover of which was frameable.

Batmannnnn! Batmannnn! Batmannnn! were the only lyrics on the first tune. Maybe the only lyrics on the entire album, can't remember.

RIP Mr. West

They've been replaying all the old Batman TV series here recently. As much as I find them charming, I saw them all as a kid and haven't really revisited them this time.
