Yes, and I'm keeping them to myself.
I'm doing bulk first class passenger missions in the area of Diaguandri and sometime business class unsing a Beluga or an Anaconda. There are many missions to transport passengers to a neighboring system. And almost always there is another mission back or to another system close by. Average payout per hop is about 3.5 to 6.5 million cr. But I am very well known in that area and allied with most of the factions in that area.

Still running smeaton in my cutter but can’t say its all that profitable anymore and requires lots of board hopping for firstclass/business vip’s. On good bgs, I’ll make close to 60 mil/hour but half the time I’m only between 25-40ish. Watching lots of netflix so haven’t bothered to move on to something more profitable.

Found a spot that I have used for about a week now and love it. Takes time, as in get into solar system and fly to the space station for around 25-30 minutes but the turn out is around 20-40 mil per run. Keeping in mind that to house all of these people you want a couple of first class cabins to make sure you can take as many as possible. I'm running a conda with 3x 12, 2x6, 2x3 first class cabins for these runs.
The location for this system is taking people from Qureshi Orbital in LHS 380, to Katzenstein Dock in 36 Ophiuchi. Hopefully you have good RNG with this game like i am. Just finished a 40 mil run. Cheers. [smile]

I found zero passenger missions in any of Parutis' 4 stations. Safe to say this route is dead.
[EDIT] Nevermind, I'm just an idiot and forgot that passenger missions aren't in the Mission Board. This, folks, is what happens when you spend 6 months on the far side of the core scouting for an expedition: you forget how civilization works.

Parutis - medb for the last 3 days the amount of missions given have been terrible. More low paying missions have apeared instead. No amount of board flipping will fill your ship.
I'm on ps4 and have communicated with other cmdrs there with me This is not isolated, we are all suffering the drought. Best run will net 20 million per hour now

AFAIK FD don't nerf specific locations. In the past they've limited payouts for all the passenger missions of a given type or limited the number of missions you can stack in various ways, but I don't think they apply adjustments to specific systems. At least, I've never seen it or heard it announced. Usually when people say "My favourite system has been nerfed", the truth is that it's just naturally dropped out of boom state.

I'm experiencing something similar. For the last three days it's been a pain to fill up all of my passenger cabins.
I'm seeing no change in pay for vips. Bulk passengers were nerfed a while ago and don't pay well.
All of the factions are in boom except lhs 54.
Frontier could have reduced the amount of missions going to medb... They have done that elsewhere before. Ceos/Sothis long distance deliveries for example. I'm hoping it's just something else with the bgs that I'm unaware of and that it will return to normal.
Edit: I just noticed in the system map the economy of 3 out of the 4 stations have changed from tourism to refinery. That is definitely the reason for the lack of passenger missions.

Your right about the economy change. Can this happen naturally ? Or can it only be changed by Fdev ?
The economy of the station can be changed when a pmf takes control. There is a pmf in system but they own none of the stations.
I think this is a bug. Ockels Terminal in Kamuy also changed from tourism to refinery. It had passenger missions to medb as well.
