Well, yes. Are we not supposed to? If you want my non-image search guess, it's: some woman in a blue coat, I dunno, she looks like she might be a mayor or something.
And, for the record, it took about ten hours. There was a considerable gap between my first attempt and the part where I edited in the bit about chieftain

However, come on...it's a picture quiz. I should give you a point for saying "Are we not supposed to" - it was a genuine LOL moment. Forgive me for not putting the obvious "Thou must not cheat!" in the terms and conditions.

Honestly though I thought it was more of a lateral thinking quiz, and that knowing who the person was would only be the beginning of the answer, not the whole answer itself. So I Googled, assuming that it was some famous woman that I didn't recognise (seriously, I'm terrible at faces, I didn't recognise Bruno Mars or Mark Wahlberg either), not realising that the search would be overkill until after the fact.
And it still took me hours to add the "chieftain" bit
I didn't use search engines for any of the others though (probably because I was too slow to react)
So, I wish to officially withdraw my previous answer and propose a new one. My answer now, is:
Woman, wearing blue coat. Wondering if she remembered to lock the front door. Red hair. Blue coat... red hair... blue, red. Blue red. Blurred? Gold chain thing. Blurred gold. Blur gold. Blurgle. Blurgle, blurgle. Blurgle, blurgle blurgle.
Onionhead?
